Willy VanSickle

I started my career playing jazz in Detroit while working in restaurants, developing the improvisational thinking and people skills that still define my approach today. Those early experiences taught me how to read a room, adapt to changing situations, and deliver what people actually need.

My path took unexpected turns through The Corona Self Help Center, which led me from Florida to New York to Mexico and back again. During my time in Guanajuato, I immersed myself in the culture and learned to speak Spanish, spending over a year living there before returning to the United States.

Landing in New York, I decided to take a chance and started bartending at Coco Bistro. While working nights at Coco, I joined Allied Millennial Partners as a Financial Advisor during the day, cutting my teeth in the world of cold calling and stock sales. This double life meant long hours but provided invaluable experience in both relationship building and direct sales techniques that would later prove essential.

My professional journey evolved through sales development at Justworks, where I consistently exceeded goals (192% in Q1 2023), and advanced to become an Associate Product Manager focused on GTM AI. At Justworks, I've developed multiple prototype applications integrating AI into sales processes, conducted user interviews to identify operational inefficiencies, and established myself as a thought leader in LLM technology.

While maintaining my role at Justworks, I also run V3Consult and serve as an AI/Technology Sage at gtmWizards, helping businesses implement practical AI solutions that deliver measurable results. My approach combines technical knowledge in building AI systems with deep sales and GTM strategy expertise.

My mission is simple: Enable people to use AI effectively. No hype, no unnecessary complexity—just straightforward solutions that solve real problems and create tangible value.
